About Dr. Rebecca Youssef

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Serving residents of Oregon online

Hi there! I’m Dr. Youssef.

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist and the owner of Valued Living Counseling Services, LLC based in Portland, Oregon.

My passion is helping others live a life that is meaningful, purposeful, joyful, and fulfilling. This can oftentimes feel difficult when life throws pain and suffering our way, when we feel we have little control amidst chaos and stress, or when we feel stuck in routines and habits that are no longer working for us. My goal is to help you clarify what you’re wanting for yourself so you can make choices aligned with your values and live life in ways that are meaningful for you.

Whether you’re looking for help with your mental health, your relationships, cultivating a sense of well-being, or you’re looking to feel more connected to yourself and present in your life, my intention is to show up each and every day with empathy, compassion, and authenticity to empower you to live a valued life of your own.
